RATES

Rates vary and are based on various factors including page size, complexity of subject matter, density of the text, number of illustrations, entries required per page and amount of text per page.  Rates generally fall between $3.00 to $5.00 per indexable page.  If preferred, a per entry, per hour or flat rate can also be negotiated.  Additional editing due to text reflow or other changes made to the page proofs after indexing work has begun are charged at an hourly rate.
